We’re building a clear, forward-thinking strategic plan called The Wildcat Way to guide our students’ success, support our teachers, and make sure our schools remain a true source of pride for the entire district.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Charting the Course for Wolf Creek’s Future

A meaningful strategic plan shouldn’t be built in isolation—it must reflect the true priorities, ideas, and aspirations of our entire community. Over the coming months, Wolf Creek Local Schools is partnering with Frederick Advisors to lead an open, district-wide strategic planning process. Together, we are creating a practical roadmap that will guide our schools through 2030 and beyond.

Grounded in Our Community’s Voice

We are dedicated to ensuring this journey is open, accessible, and transparent for all—parents, educators, staff, students, and Waterford community members. Every single perspective helps define our shared vision.
